Role
My client is a fast-growing manufacturer offering a disruptive alternative to conventional
piping and connection systems. With a product that’s faster to install, more energy efficient,
and built with sustainability in mind, they’re quickly establishing themselves as a credible
force in the market.
This role focuses on developing and growing relationships with independent and national
plumbing & heating merchants, as well as supporting and winning business with installers
and contractors. It’s a commercial, hands-on sales role suited to someone who thrives in the
merchant environment and knows how to influence at both branch and installer level.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Manage and develop a regional portfolio of independent and national plumbing merchants
∙ Drive product awareness and pull-through demand via installer engagement and site visits
∙ Deliver product training, demos and technical support to merchant staff and end-users
∙ Promote the benefits of the system across the supply chain to support sales conversion
∙ Identify growth opportunities across the territory and secure new trade accounts

Candidate Requirements
We're open to meeting ambitious, self-motivated sales professionals who are eager to make
an impact - some relevant experience is ideal, but attitude and drive are key.
∙ Sales experience within the plumbing & heating trade, ideally with merchant experience.
∙ Understanding of installer sales and the importance of training and product support
∙ Self-starter with the drive to build a region and grow share
∙ Comfortable delivering technical product presentations and demos
∙ Adaptable, personable, and commercially focused
